Calendar sync

I use https://github.com/pimutils/vdirsyncer to sync my calendars with my caldav server, and I would love for hours to be able to write its data to an ical folder.

I saw that hours was using an sqlite database.

Do you think that this feature would have its place inside the core project? Or should I write an external sync tool? I do not have a lot of Go experience, so I would surely use another language.
