inline SQLs, consume Kronos ABAP API

Includes:

• support inline SQLs in ABAP code
• consume Kronos ABAP API for http response println

Found transpiler issues and feature requests:

• Inline SQL select statements - cannot fill property values when using snake case for column names abaplint/transpiler#1438
• Inline SQL select statements - table name is always passed in lower case abaplint/transpiler#1439
• Cannot delete all entries from a table abaplint/transpiler#1440
• Cannot execute update statement abaplint/transpiler#1441
• Add dependencies (libs) from filesystem using env variables abaplint/transpiler#1442
• Cannot add only one value for input_folder in abap_transpile.json abaplint/transpiler#1443
