Noticed that shmem_open refuses to open shared memory files other than in /dev/shm.
Since we use a shared memory file for the vm migration as /dev/mishmem-s1, NUMA placement could not be configured.
Changed the calls to open. Then at least the placement can be viewed, though no change with a operation not permittet.
Have to look into this one. Or is there something I am missing here?
