Current reported coding standard thing is still https://www.drupal.org/project/coder/issues/3345952 , which is fixed as of drupal/coder:8.3.18; however, our discoverygarden/CodeSniffer dealio presently rolls 8.3.15: discoverygarden/CodeSniffer#30, as it wasn't merged for #11
