zuki.pvr.rtlradio is an unofficial open source Kodi PVR client add-on designed to allow playback of FM Radio channels via an RTL-SDR tuner device.

This project was developed and tested in coordination with Jason Yurkiw.
- Playback of worldwide analog wideband FM radio channels (87.5 MHz - 108.0 MHz)
- Playback of NOAA (USA) / Weatheradio (Canada) / SARMEX (Mexico) analog narrowband FM/VHF weather radio channels (162.400 MHz - 162.550 MHz)
- Radio Data System (RDS) / Radio Broadcast Data System (RBDS) RadioText decoding
- RDS / RBDS RadioText+ (RT+) decoding
- RBDS Station callsign decoding (USA / Canada only) 1
- RBDS Nationally/Regionally-Linked Station callsign decoding (USA / Canada only)
- Per-channel adjustable receiver gain and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) signal meter functionality
1 RBDS Stations that also broadcast Traffic Message Channel (RDS-TMC) data will not provide callsign decoding
