Because enable referentialActions, delete user will auto delete projects, pages and comments

As cusdis support multi accounts, I think it would be great we can delete our account.
And because of the foreign key, it’s not easy to delete account without the new feature which is cascading deletes in prisma 2.26.0.
Referential Actions is stabilized in 3.0.1, but this is a major version update, some api may change, so I bump prisma version to 2.30.3.
Hope this feature make sense.
