This repository contains scripts and data necessary to produce the following plots. All COVID-19 data is from the Johns Hopkins CSSE github repository. Map shapefiles are from (https://www.census.gov/)[https://www.census.gov/]. All scripts written for MacOSX 10.15.4 and R version 3.6.0.
