Upload Meshtastic node information to an InfluxDB

Requirements:

Meshtastic node connected to WiFi
Python3 installed on a machine which will execute the script
Python packages for InfluxDB and meshtastic (must be in the PATH variable or a full path to the executable needs to be added)
InfluxDB v1.8+ (tested with 1.8)
