How to reproduce the workflow locally:

  1. Install nektos/act: gh extension install https://github.com/nektos/gh-act (assumes you have GitHub CLI)
  2. Run gh act -j build-32bit.

The DMatrixCache.MultiThread can be disabled for i386, it's just somehow the i386 container couldn't allocate a sufficient amount of threads. One can reproduce the failure by simply putting noop tasks into the thread vector.
