Spark + Swan to query condor data.
This notebook caculates the jobs memory efficiency (used/requested), plotting it as histograms, and exports a subset of worfklows based on it.
A notebook to find out the workflows with cpu efficiency lower than a threshold. It also creates histograms (that can help to define the range).
This notebook will generate a static html site with the details of the CPUEfficiency for a given period and with some filters by type and range.
