Lots of updates

This PR does quite a few things, ranging from:

• Version updates for app dependencies (resolving several CVEs)
• Version updates for external dependencies (mysql, traefik)
• Remove usage of Yarn caches in builds (resolves [Bug] ERROR [backend backend-dev 2/4] RUN --mount=type=cache,id=yarn,target=/usr/local/share/.cache/yarn yarn install --frozen-lockfile #34)
• Ensure database starts and is ready before starting the backend (resolves Stuck in loading, backend-1 exited #45)
• Rename compose.yml to compose.yaml to follow preferred naming

Since the project doesn't currently have a CI pipeline, I've run through the tutorials to validate things still work as anticipated

Reviewed the PR and looks good to me
