Problem Description
We no longer need the experimental
docker.extension.enableBuildDebuggingsetting as we want the Buildx debugging features to be enabled by default.Proposed Solution
Removed the experimental
docker.extension.enableBuildDebuggingsetting and updated the documentation everywhere to reflect this change.
