Description

Moji and I added support for the Persian language to dogecoin.com.

Motivation and Context

Iran is in a bad economic situation right now, and so many Iranians that speak Persian (Farsi) are attracted to cryptocurrency and Dogecoin is one of the favorites in Iran. Scammers leverage Iranian's lack of knowledge about crypto to scam them. Now that the official Dogecoin website (potentially) supports a Persian (Farsi) translation, this can help prevent Iranians from getting scammed. This will hopefully help Moji's people and prevent Dogecoin scams in Iran.

How Has This Been Tested?

This was tested in FireFox, Chrome, and on a live webserver. In the commits you can see the only code added is relevant to adding support for the Persian language.
