Awesome project! It would be useful to have an arm image build from time to time, so I went and tried that out in a fork here: https://github.com/matray/schema-registry-gitops/actions/runs/12508241966/job/34896046430
Looks to be reasonably correct though I didn't try the release flow.
Also tiny Dockerfile correctness change :).
