Fix LAI variable names for final production

The LAI input variable name was wrong and is now fixed in this release.

Revised v1.1 of GEO4PALM

For the GMDD paper revision, we have revised v1.1 and made several corrections.

Name this version as v1.1.9_revision for manuscript production convention.

Final bug fixed version for v1.1

UTM projection sometimes doesn't work in the PALM domain configuration GUI. This has been fixed and we also implemented a minor fix to avoid potential issues of domain locating in the static driver generation routine.

GEO4PALM v1.1_stable Release June 2023

Our first release of GEO4PALM. We finally made this tool public! GEO4PALM is designed to make PALM static drivers generation easier. Users can also download online data via GEO4PALM.
