I love this tool for output code reports but we do a lot of Salesforce development currently and there is not a similar action for that world. I added an Apex parser and also update the report to include code coverage optionally. (Code coverage is super important in the Salesforce world as they require 75% code coverage to deploy any code)
I did have to update the snapshots to include this new field but it is undefined for all other parsers as they have not implemented it. The column will not show up if all the test suites do not have a coverage value reported.
