This uses the new-ish ```razor Linguist style in code fences where appropriate. Also normalizes the various languages used in codeblock fences, e.g. C#, cs, csharp all to csharp.
This changes > to > and £ to £ which was inconsistent in the examples and caused some unecessary pain in the workshop. No big changes, just a tidy item!
