Is it not working if you define directly the environment variables TEXINPUTS, BSTINPUTS and BIBINPUTS in Windows?

I did try that but I couldn't have it to work on my machine for some reasons...
The install process I added is the only way I found to make it actually work. If you know any other Windows user who has installed this package by setting the environment variables let me know!

I did it using MikTex (i've had issues with TexLive on windows).
The synthax to add your environment variables is something like (example with BIBINPUTS): %CD%;%LATEX_STYLES%\share. I set it to user environment variables and system environment variables, but maybe only one of these two is necessary.
