This set of submodule updates rebases the current LLVM patchset onto LLVM 15. It also fixes a part of
riscv-newlibthat now error instead of warns. FreeRTOS seems to be a bit more complex, so for now that submodule update simply demotes the error back down to a warning. It also fixes an issue with symbol linkage redefinitions.There are also some issues with heap tagging related to bitwise ORs of pointers to check for zero.
