Ensure method bindings are isolated to each node instance.
Before this fix, nodes of the same type would reuse the same method binding because JS shares class prototypes across instances, e.g. methods have the same memory reference across instances.
This would cause an issue where method calls on any instance of the same class to act on the first instance that references the corresponding method.
