Added logic from df-sqldb that will decode json type fields. For now, the snowflake connector is only looking for fields with dbType of "VARIANT" which is Snowflake's json/object catchall field. More fields can be added in the future.
In order to function, will depend on PR: dreamfactorysoftware/df-sqldb#37
