Install

Download/clone sdf

Create new environment with

conda env create -f sdf.yml

Install (outdated) binarytree with:

pip install https://github.com/joowani/binarytree/archive/2.0.1.zip

Then cd into the sdf folder (where setup.py is) and install with:

pip install .
