This release contains following changes, mainly inspired by @grzegorz914:

Configuration enhancements

This release mainly contains changes implemented by @grzegorz914 (thanks).
It includes:

• ability to change default refresh interval (several predefinded intervals),
• ability to change default dimmer step (again predefined values),
• fix for StaticWidget crash on some Enigma images.

UI and Logging fixes

This release focuses on logging:

• new log level "trace" introduced
• reviewed and changed log levels in some place
• added logging to REST client

Also it has some minor UI changes - sends commands to OH only if item's value really changes and a fix for slider component.

OH2 compatibility

This release introduces OH2 compatibility as well as some other minor changes.
It should work now with both OH1 and OH2.
