Deprecated

• The module xDhcpServer will be renamed to DhcpServerDsc
  (issue #89).
  The version v3.1.2 will be the the last release of xDhcpServer.
  Version v4.0.0 will be released as DhcpServerDsc, it will be
  released shortly after the v3.1.2 release to be able to start transition
  to the new module. The prefix 'MSFT' will be removed from all resources in
  DhcpServerDsc.
