Tested. Doesn't execute unless all of the following are true:
1.) LA_LIBRARY_FILEPATH is unset
2.) We are on Darwin
3.) Homebrew is installed
All three are true then the dylib is found using homebrew and subprocess.
All exceptions are caught and silently returns to previous logic.
