Avalon v1.5

This is a hotfix for v1.4 on the main network which resolves the issue that the master account check being ignored when assigning the pre-loaded resources on account creation. Scheduled to execute at block 8,595,000.

Reindexing

A rebuild is not required when upgrading from v1.4 before block 8,595,000. However, it is required if not updated on-time as the state-breaking issue continue to persist on v1.4.
