Description

Brings AndroidX dependencies up-to-date:

- androidx.browser=1.7.0 → 1.8.0
- androidx.core=1.12.0 → 1.13.1
- androidx.fragment=1.5.2 → 1.8.1
- androidx.lifecycle=2.5.1 → 2.8.3
- androidx.test.orchestrator=1.4.2 → 1.5.0
- androidx.test.espresso=3.5.0 → 3.6.1
- androidx.test.ext.junit=1.1.4 → 1.2.1
- androidx.test.rules=1.5.0 → 1.6.1
- androidx.test.runner=1.5.1 → 1.6.1
- androidx.webkit=1.9.0 → 1.11.0
- androidx.work=2.7.1 → 2.9.0
- androidx.viewpager2=1.0.0 → 1.1.0
