Introduced changes to make the “gray” state clearer #164

  • New green state when nothing is blocked and only affiliated domains are allowlisted
  • Lowered major tracker network threshold from 25% to 15%
  • Changed default copy of the "gray” state
  • Dropped "No Tracking Requests Blocked" from the "gray” state

This is a major version release as the changes above may invalidate existing e2e tests.
