Where to go from CATO - suggestions/requensts

Hi,

first and foremost, thanks a lot for providing this easy to use framework. I am currently experimenting with structural connectivity, but my comments are more general. I very soon plan to look deeply into functional connectivity.
After my initial experiments with structural connectivity, when I finished the processing pipeline, I was stucked with mat files.

1. It would be beneficial to include options to store the results in a different format as well, e.g. csv.
2. It would be also great to include a simple examples where to "proceed from here" if one would like to do a group analysis, e.g. how to do a NBS with the CATO results, how to do a TFNBS with CATO results using MRtrix's connectomestats, or even better to provide the PolyConnectomicScore :)
3. It would be great to include simple examples on how to visualize the results generated by CATO using e.g. MRtrix's mrview
