Description / Intuition

  • turns on skip abacus
  • updates abacus for new RPC changes
  • updates set_scheme.sh script to read from configs/v1 path
  • updates set_scheme.sh script with more verbose logging
  • updates set_scheme.sh script to clean trailing slash if necessary
