Seems like the transaction is successful in celestia arabica-9 with a few quirks:

  1. the account balance doesn't decrease
  2. the height written to the hub is always 0

The issue was incompatibility between our celestia go client and the light node.

@omritoptix omritoptix linked a pull request Jul 13, 2023 that will close this issue
fix: updated go-cnc to match celetia light node v0.11 #400
