DIGIT Exchange Client

This is a client application for DIGIT Exchange. This enables users to

1. Admininstrators can configure DIGIT Exchange Server - setup master data server, setup services, approve user requests.
2. Users can register and request for ID to DIGIT Exchange Server
3. Registered users can componse requests for program (creation & updation), estimates, sanctions, allocations, disbursements, demand and reciepts. Request can be sent to internal users or external users.
4. Registered users can also reply or take action on requests from other users. Type of action depends on the type of request.
