This PR removes the dependency on the Qt5Compat module and updates the codebase to use Qt6-native classes and APIs.

Code looks good. Replacing Qt5Compat.GraphicalEffects with QtQuick.Effects and Material.impl looks sensible.

Also, EasyReflectometryApp now runs as expected.
