The topics in the C++ How to guides have been copied (and reworked) to the Eclipse Cyclone DDS section. These describe the high-level main components of Cyclone DDS. Where there are C++ code examples, I've placed them in group tabs so that C and Python equivalents can be added.

The DDSI concepts section in the Configuration has also been moved into the Eclipse Cyclone DDS section as these topics are more about concepts than configuration.

We need an architecture diagram to show the relationships between DDS, DDSI etc.

I've added a section on IDL to about Cyclone DDS, which refers out to the Helloworld example, and the Python IDL description.
I've moved the Installation pages from the Getting started to the top level so that they are more prominent.
For some reason, Benchmarking had been orphaned (not referenced). It used to be in the installation directory, but I'm not sure that it fits there so I've moved it to the end of the Configuration section.
