Main entry point is otter dog
https://github.com/eclipse-pass/main/blob/450-sharing-passwords-with-otterdog/docs/infra/otterdog.md
Which now includes a section on passwords.
And then there are instructions on passing around those secrets.
https://github.com/eclipse-pass/main/blob/450-sharing-passwords-with-otterdog/docs/infra/sharing_secrets.md
The docs are split into "fast and easy" approach with emailing secrets directly, and separately outline how we could use Bitwarden to manage those secrets ourselves and then securely share them with Eclipse Foundation into our ottderdog account.
