A Perl/Tk Chunk Annotator

PTkChA is a simple tool for annotating chunks, non-overlapping regions in text files. It allows the definition of attributes and relations between these chunks.
PTkChA is written in Perl, using the Tk library. It is Free Software, released under the General
Public License (GPL) v2.0
PTkChA can be downloaded from its GitHub page. The
current version is 2.8.2.
The user manual describes the requirements, the installation procedure and the use of the program. It is included with the release, but can be accessed directly through GitHub in PDF format.
