Can you change the RH version to 8.10?
You don't need to make new packages - just while we are editing these files, might as well get more current for next release.

Yes, for sure! what about the Ubuntu one? It is 18.04 by default. Although I made the 22.04 version.

For Ubuntu, I tested 20 & 22 So they should be fine, passing the right parameters to buildpkg.pl worked for me. We should test 24 at some point, we will need to test ssl and setup a cnf

Also - change qt version to 5.15.16 in both dockerfiles
and adjust the versions in buildpkg.pl (the %supported block) to redhat:8.10
