  3. My work to combine those 2 projects .... my changes untill 20th May 2023 are within this release.

Improvements to Release 2.3:

New Frequency Indicator (UI enable in config), Power Factors and Reactive Data including their MQTT Topics (for Raw MQTT and HomeAssistant). Config UI translations to German. Finally fixed bug in 60 minute plot.
