This PR replaces the LibBASS library contents with up-to-date versions of the libraries, freshly download from https://www.un4seen.com. Instead of static .a files, these libraries are now .xcFramework folders.
Among other things, this means that (if you also modernize or eliminate Flurry) you can now build to a Simulator, which was previously impossible (at least, it was impossible on my machine).
