QtWS 2019 Conference App needs Qt 5.13.1 Release or greater

To make the App run you must include

openssl 1.1.1 for Android per ex. https://github.com/KDAB/android_openssl

JP Nurmis StatusBar project https://github.com/jpnurmi/statusbar
