Dockerfile for building a Docker image for mri_reface

1. Download mri_reface: https://www.nitrc.org/projects/mri_reface/
2. Unzip the download directory.
3. Download the Dockerfile in this repository to the unzipped mri_reface directory.
4. From the terminal cd into the mri_reface directory and run: sudo docker build -t your_username/mri_reface ./
