Remove Elsa.JavaScript and Elsa.Liquid packages

This commit removes the unnecessary Elsa.JavaScript and Elsa.Liquid packages from the Elsa-Server topic instructions. These packages were found to be unnecessary and their removal simplifies the setup process.
