Benchmarks for all versions v1.x

The benchmarks for v2 and following were cleaned up, and all backwards-compatible changes were removed to simplify it and make it easier maintainable in the future. If benchmarks have to be run on empymod <v2 then this version is the right version. For empymod v2+ stick to the master.
