I made C binding wrappers (Their code is in Fortran) for

incomplete gammas and their inverses
Scorer functions (inhomogeneous Airy functions)
Parabolic cylinder functions
Spheroidal harmonics
Toroidal harmonics

These are the functions that I don't have yet. Next is to think of an API that I want these functions to have and to build a wrap_gst library.

Then the real fun begins!
