fix(chat): add error boundary for invalid form schema (Issue #2901)

Description:

• add error boundary component
• add highlighting for selected button in edit mode
• pass disable edit flag down to desktop message component

Issues:

• Issue [Custom buttons] DIAL is down if to paste incorrect json schema to the application #2901
• Issue Remove 'Edit' button from message options for chat with restricted model/app #2784
