This approach to bump the effective balance of genesis validators does not work at the moment. We're currently working on a new genesis state generator that will allow >32 ETH validators as well as electra and other stuff. |

This scales up the total active balance to ~32M ETH, which is enough to enable consolidations.
This does not increase any hardware requirements for node operators.
Validators with 0x00 credentials were overridden by a dead address.
The affected node operators should reply here with their withdrawal address or do a PR targeting this branch :)
