What happened?

When running in nf-tower, version 1.6.1 has a schema that is compatible, but version 1.8.1 (and 1.7.1) are not compatible. Perhaps there is an incompatible formatting somewhere?

First image is launching 1.6.1, which works with the proper schema.

Second image is launching 1.8.1, where none of the parameters are exposed.

Hi @phillip-richmond-alamya, it might be that nf-tower does not support the JSON Schema standard that is used for schemas in its entirety. We'll take a look and raise a bug with Seqera if that is the case.
