GSRS3

Global Substance Registration System assists agencies in registering and documenting information about substances found in medicines. It provides a common identifier for all of the substances used in medicinal products, utilizing a consistent definition of substances globally, including active substances under clinical investigation, consistent with the ISO 11238 standard.

How To Build and Run

Build a docker image

Build All-in-One GSRS3 image:

docker build --ulimit nofile=65535:65535 -t gsrs3:latest .

Build GSRS3 Image without "adverse-events", "applications", "clinical-trials" und "products" modules

docker build --ulimit nofile=65535:65535 --build-arg MODULE_IGNORE="adverse-events applications clinical-trials products" -t gsrs3:latest .

Database Initialization

H2

mkdir -p /var/lib/gsrs
docker run -ti --rm -v /var/lib/gsrs:/home/srs -e DB_DDL_AUTO='create' gsrs3:latest

PostgreSQL

mkdir -p /var/lib/gsrs

Running the docker image

Running frontend and gateway only

Running substances only

The custom configuration files can be plased in the "conf" subdirectory in the working directory.
