We're using `yarn`, so it's redundant (and potentially misleading). This will hopefully get rid of false-positives in our GitHub security alerts.

We had a
package-lock.jsonfile in the repo even tough we're usingyarnso the contents were both obsolete and misleading.This PR removes that file and also upgrades our
yarndependencies to the latest available.
