WaitGroup - must guarantee that “nothing will happen after shutdown” or “shutdown will happen after all other things”.
Now “.Wait”.called after shutdown - doesn’t guarantee anything.

You are waiting for shutdown to complete. Essentially you are waiting for the for loop to exit.
